Who are we?

T.Mabaso Attorneys (PTY) Ltd is a boutique law firm based in Umlazi, Durban. The firm was registered in 2023 by its managing director, Ms Thobile Mabaso. Ms Mabaso saw a gap in the legal industry for a firm that will provide holistic legal solutions from handling day-to-day legal needs, like checking and advising on the legal consequences of everyday decisions, all the way to litigation should such arise in future.
Having T Mabaso Attorneys as your preferred legal services provider, thus ensures that you have your own legal team that functions as your legal department, even in your personal life.

Thobile Mabaso

Director

Thobile Mabaso is the founder and director of Nsimangwe Legal Services. She graduated with her LLB degree at the University of KwaZulu Natal where she became a member of the Golden Key Society as a result of her outstanding academic performance. She is an Admitted Legal Practitioner of the High Court.

She boasts 9 years’ experience in the legal industry. She has worked as a Legal Advisor in a specialist contracts department and as a Senior Claims Handler in the legal insurance industry. Currently she is an independent contractor lecturer where she lectures various law modules across the school of law, school of management and school of humanities. Her outstanding performance has seen her being awarded a number of certificates for obtaining highest pass rates nationally for a number of modules she lectures.
